CiM Maintenance and its staff are involved and committed to all IBM Maximo User and Tivoli User Groups and many regional MUGs and TUGs. The success of CiM’s services and products has been a direct result of working and listening to Maximo users. Being a small company with focus CiM has proven to be able to respond quickly to customer and industry vertical needs. We involve our customers, resellers and business partners in every aspect of our product lifecycle. Our product design specifications begin with a detailed review and understanding of a specific business requirement. We listen to our customers about the business outcome and most importantly how to get there. User ergonomics, how easy software works, is very important to how develop, test and deploy our products.

CiM Maintenance’s focus on the User Community includes closely with IBM to ensure the our products are compliant with IBM Tivoli software standards and with IBM Maximo / Tivoli Channel Partner Programs to ensure our staff are current and certified in Maximo mthods and techniques.
